The South West Hampshire LIFT was designed to channel more investment into new health and social care facilities and to support the provision of modern, integrated primary healthcare services closer to people’s homes.
We work in partnership with public sector agencies to fulfil the needs
posed by their communities.

LIFT offers a unique procurement model to public sector agencies.
LIFT’s structure means it is able to build new projects whilst providing
value for money against other more traditional procurement roles.
LIFT offers much lower transaction costs and reduced upfront
project costs, which makes it a practical option for the public sector. 

LIFT is an exemplar procurement route that offers an opportunity
to work within a long-term public-private partnership.
LIFT is operating under a 25 year contract which allows
it to look at a series of large-scale projects.
